Farm Tour

Study up on the fascinating world of silkworms. Observe how the silk is extracted from the cocoons and touch the different kinds of silk. You will even discover how to differentiate between a female and male moth or silkworm!

The public may take 45-minute tours at Africa Silks Farm seven days a week from 8:00 to 15:00. For groups of less than ten people, reservations in advance are not required. In order to allow time for preparation, groups bigger than ten are required to make reservations in advance.
