Legends and Ghosts Weekend

Travel back in time to the Gold Rush and spend a weekend in a historical town.
Arrive Friday afternoon in time for a legendary pub crawl in Pilgrim’s Rest where you will meet the Living Legends of the town to share stories about yesteryear.
Find at least 7 pubs and you can literally crawl as it is really too small to drive around.
Indulge in a leisurely late breakfast at one of the many authentic eateries followed by some souvenir shopping.
Spend the afternoon trying your hand at gold panning – you need to book this in advance.
With nightfall enjoy a ghost tour that will take you to the cemetery and one of the historical mansions that is believed to be haunted. An excellent experience meeting the legends of the past in a unique and unforgettable way, but you need to pre-book.
Sunday morning after breakfast it is quite an experience to attend service in the local tiny, tiny church. This will be unforgettable.
Before you leave, get to Kuzzulo’s Emporium for a Travel Back in Time experience where you will get dressed up and have your picture taken with an old digger. A memory for keeps.
