Picnic and event venue

Situated directly on the Sabie River, Dragon Flies & Fire Flies Picnic Venues offer the ideal setting for carefree summer days spent splashing around in the refreshing waters.

The DragonFlies and FireFlies picnic areas at Sabie Horse Trails are available for “for the day” rentals.

This indicates that from 10:00 to 16:30, the venue is only open to the person booking it. The hours can be modified with advance notice.

Sabie residents pay R350 per day Hire Fee for up to 15 pax.

Non Sabie residents pay R500 per day Hire Fee for up to 15
pax.

A Picnic Table to seat 6 is already at the venue, together
with a Braai and Kindling.

Optional extras, by prior arrangement, include:-

Picnic Bench #2 (6 seater)

Picnic Blankets (up to 4)

Gazebo and/or Event Tent
