The award-winning, reasonably priced, and family-friendly Rissington Inn is a country lodge located in the northeastern region of South Africa, in the heart of the Lowveld. The modest and laid-back inn provides as an ideal place to stay while travelling to the game reserves and as a convenient starting point for seeing everything that Mpumalanga has to offer.
Surrounded by twenty acres of vibrant gardens, the hotel’s twenty separate rooms and suites provide cosy, roomy, and light accommodations. Each features a private entrance, a verandah, ceiling fans, bar fridges and en suite bathrooms. Every room has a television (well, two budget rooms don’t). Beneath majestic trees, the rooms and the quaint farmhouse with thatch provide stunning views down the valley. All of the well-liked garden and hillside suites feature outdoor showers and hammocks/daybeds.
