Located at Graskop Gorge, just behind the Big Swing, lies the mystical Fairylands. Scenic streams trickling over an amazing landscape of unique rocks and spectacular views await in Graskop.
Also known as the Jock of the Bushveld Trails, this route has been lovingly rehabilitated and is indicative of the areas natural splendor. Trail options are a 9,72-km walking and running trail and a 9,93-km mountain-bike route that is bound to enjoyed by the whole family. Unique sandstone formations, dating back some 2.6 million years, can be found on the Fairyland Trails, including the Sentinels, a group of striking quarteite figures. Beyond the Sentinels is the Fairyland forest. The hiking trail is mostly easy, while the mountain bike trail which has a total ascent of 338 metres is early to moderate. The scenic Drakensburg escarpment provides the best backdrop to a day of adventure in natures tranquility.

An entrance free is charged to enter The Graskop Gorge Lift Co. and includes the trails.
