Kaapschehoop escarpment walk

Walking up the escarpment from the village centre is a leisurely stroll that passes past interesting rock formations and leads to breathtaking vistas at the escarpment’s edge. A 2.8-kilometer stroll descends around 1,000 metres to reveal the breathtaking Barberton Valley underneath. There are several beautiful picnic areas where you may enjoy the sights of this amazing landscape, so pack a picnic basket.
