Nestled between the picturesque mountains of Mount Bekker and expansive grasslands, at an altitude of 1200m above sea level, you will find and enjoy the breathtaking views and beautiful fauna and flora of the South African Lowveld, Mpumalanga. Enjoy a sundowner on our pool deck or in our vibrant bar. Take a leisurely stroll while you observe the Zebras, Blue Wildebeest, Blesbok, Impalas, and other numerous small mammals, as well as our great variety of bird species. For the more adventurous, you might want to hike up the scenic bushy mountain slopes, where the more elusive Nyala, Kudu, Bushbuck, Duiker and our namesake, the Klipspringer, may be sighted.
Klipspringer lodge has 14 spacious on-suite double rooms, some having extra single beds to cater for children. All our rooms have satellite television facilities for downtime entertainment. Bed and breakfast is available at our onsite restaurant that offers both an a-la-carte and bar meal menu, serving lunch and dinner. Our premises also has a large conference or wedding venue that can accommodate up to 60 people fitted with an overhead projection and microphone system for your use.
The Lowveld Mpumalanga is famous for its wide variety of beautiful bird species. Guided assistance can be arranged for birding and wildlife excursions. The lodge offers the tranquil atmosphere of the countryside, however, the city of Nelspruit is but a mere 12km away, offering a wide array of malls and shopping centres, movie theaters, various pubs and restaurants and a casino for those who may want to enjoy the bustling nightlife.
